Tips: Perhaps the most overused form of web design is Flash. If a web designer says they are going to do your entire website in Flash be warned. Flash has major user interface problems as it takes a long time to load. Things like hovers, animations, can be done with coding – and anyone who tells you otherwise is wrong. The best use for Flash is for banners that are animated, but having repeated animations over pages and music can be very annoying.
